Seasonal walk-and-talk sessions are an option if sitting in a chair feels limiting or you tend to think more clearly while moving. These sessions happen outdoors during certain months and are meant to support the work, not replace it with something casual or unstructured.
They’re offered selectively, since the setting needs to genuinely fit what you’re working on.
Mindfulness Therapy
Discreet, flexible care by inquiry
Concierge therapy is designed for people whose schedules, privacy needs, or professional demands don’t always work well with standard therapy formats. This option offers more flexibility around how sessions are accessed while still keeping clear boundaries and structure.
It’s intentionally limited and available by inquiry to make sure it’s the right fit for both the work and the client.
